Cerestrial’s learning framework courses are designed and facilitated by accredited practitioners from across our community. Each self-study module lasts for 12 weeks, with a combination of personal and group sessions delivered online.
Courses are designed to meet you, wherever you are in your development. From early-career modules for emerging talent, mid-career modules for leaders looking for the next big step, all the way to exec-level modules for leaders at the top.

Doing deep, meaningful and reflective work needs space, time and focus. The most transformative parts of our learning framework lean into our natural needs to build strength from community, with small groups working in residential practice for three or five day retreats.

Yes and no. We are a UK-based business who are just getting started so whilst much of what we do is delivered virtually (and therefore accessible internationally), our in-person events are just in the UK right now.
We hope to have international in-person events launching in 2026, subject to demand!
